We warmly invite those who travel independently to join our Pilgrimage Family by affiliating with us. The affiliation cost includes a Pilgrimage Family name badge, a 2026 handbook, a badge, administrative costs, and your levy. The levy is a compulsory charge imposed on the Pilgrimage Association by the Sanctuary of Lourdes for each of our pilgrims.
The cost is £30 per person, and we offer a group discount for 10 or more persons of £25 per person.
Closing date for Affiliation is 31st May 2026, and bookings can be made via the form at the bottom of this page. If you are completing the form for more than one person, please complete details for the group leader, and use the comments field to add other names.
Your Name badge, handbook and badge will be available to collect at our Annual Pilgrimage Mass (Date TBC)

The following terms and conditions must be agreed to in order to process your affiliation (for one or more persons, the lead name is responsible for agreement on behalf of other persons they are applying for).
- The Liverpool Archdiocesan Lourdes Pilgrimage Association collects and processes your personal information in accordance with their Data Protection Policy, available online
- Your information will be securely and confidentially maintained, and will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for collaboration with entities such as the Catholic Safeguarding Standards Agency, Local Authorities, Police, and other organisations involved in safeguarding processes. Your data may be transferred to these organisations as required. The Association will securely retain your information and destroy it after a specified period.
- By affiliating with the Liverpool Archdiocesan Lourdes Pilgrimage, you acknowledge that the Pilgrimage Association Safeguarding Team reserves the right to access and review their records to verify if any participant is currently subject to an active safeguarding plan within the diocese. This measure is implemented to ensure the safety and protection of children, adults at risk, and all individuals involved in the pilgrimage.
- You accept to the payment of a £30 (or applicable group discount) administration charge for each person which is for the provision of name badge, handbook, badges and levy to the sanctuary.
- By registering to take part in the Archdiocesan pilgrimage, you are responsible for your own health, safety and welfare, or that of any children and young people in your own party, before and during the pilgrimage.
- The registration relates only to participation in the pastoral programme of the pilgrimage.
- Whilst you are responsible for your own medical and care needs during the pilgrimage and have taken appropriate steps to secure travel insurance, should you become unwell during your stay in Lourdes we will do our best to assist you in getting medical help by signposting you to appropriate resources. We also recommend you speak to your hotel staff, or the Information Centre in the Domaine. Any medical treatment will be subject to local charges, and you should arrange to obtain an a valid GHIC or valid EHIC (European Health Insurance Card for EU citizens).
